Autoliv Mexico is seeking an Accounting Controlling Advanced Specialist to partner with Controlling and cross‑functional teams, delivering accurate financial insights and supporting budgeting and forecasting. You’ll strengthen controls, drive strategic decision‑making, and ensure reliable financial information for management.

The role covers governance, CAPEX accounting in JDE, monthly close, and OneStream reporting, with exposure to FP&A and performance management in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or Controlling, ideally in manufacturing or automotive.
• Strong FP&A skills including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of SOX, internal controls, financial governance and regulatory standards (NIF).
• Proficiency with ERP/financial systems including OneStream, BlackLine, Essbase and JDE.

• Ensure financial governance and compliance with corporate policies by reviewing purchase requisitions and supporting SOX, audits.
• Manage fixed assets and CAPEX accounting: capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, inventories in JD Edwards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning by consolidating projections and analyzing assumptions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly P&L, sales, costs, expenses, headcount and key indicators for management.
• Partner with operations to identify risks/opportunities, improve performance, and support month-end close and OneStream reporting.

In this role you will beresponsible for partnering with Controlling and cross-functional business teams to deliver accurate financial insights, lead budgeting and forecasting activities, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic decision-making through timely, reliable, and actionable financial information.

• Ensure financial governance and compliance with corporate policies by reviewing and approving purchase requisitions, monitoring financial controls, and supporting SOX, internal, and external audit requirements.

• Manage fixed assets and CAPEX accounting activities, including asset capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, physical inventories, and accurate financial record maintenance in JD Edwards (JDE).

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes by consolidating projections, analyzing business assumptions, and monitoring financial performance against targets.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly P&L results, sales, costs, expenses, headcount, quality metrics, and key business indicators, providing actionable insights to management.

• Partner with operations and functional leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities, improve business performance, support monthly financial close and OneStream reporting, and ensure the integrity of financial commitments and balance sheet accounts.

If you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

• 5-10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or Controlling roles, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry.

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and business performance management.

• Advanced knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, financial governance, and Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) to ensure regulatory compliance and financial integrity.

• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms, including OneStream, BlackLine, Essbase, and JD Edwards (JDE), with the ability to analyze financial data, generate actionable insights, and effectively communicate results to management.
