Autoliv in Mexico is seeking a Global Solution Lead (GSL) for OneStream Forecasting and xP&A to drive the forecasting and planning roadmap, ensuring data quality and governance across the organization.

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, own the OneStream xP&A solution, and lead system enhancements, documentation, training, and continuous improvement.

A finance or accounting background, English fluency, and experience with FP&A and multidimensional planning are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master of MBA would be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Worked as a Financial Controller at some point, preferably at a manufacturing company
• Experience from enterprise planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)
• Experience designing driver-based and multidimensional planning models
• Hands‑on experience with EPM tools & systems management (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning)
• OneStream Certified Professional is preferred.
• Experience in finance transformation
• Proficiency in data modeling (dimensions, hierarchies, allocations, assumptions)

• Act as a bridge between stakeholders (Group, Divisional, Functions).
• Ensure smooth day-to-day business.
• Ensure data integrity and governance.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidance.
• Long-term roadmap planning.
• Drive continuous improvements and simplification.
• Lead change management and enhancements including impact assessments.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

Master of MBA would be considered a plus

Fluency in English is required

Experience as a Financial Controller, preferably at a manufacturing company

Experience from enterprise planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)

Experience designing driver-based and multidimensional planning models

Hands‑on experience with EPM tools & systems management (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning)

OneStream Certified Professional is preferred

In this role you will be responsible for improving Autoliv’s OneStream forecasting and planning solution, ensuring it meets business needs and reporting standards acting as an extension of the Business Control Team.

The role acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving system enhancements, supporting operations, and safeguarding data quality and processes. It involves leading change initiatives, coordinating complex enhancements, and ensuring robust governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.

In addition, the role includes administrative tasks, troubleshooting support, oversees documentation and training, and drives continuous improvement and simplification of processes.
