Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner of choice delivering innovative products to market-leading brands. The Financial Analyst role is based in Juarez South and reports to the Controller Assistant, focusing on accurate and timely financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will perform P&L reviews, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and close processes, while coordinating with operations to improve metrics and ensuring compliance with SOX/US GAAP and the Controller's Handbook.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in financial administration, accounting, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SOX and US GAAP auditing.
Responsabilidades
- Review P&L periodically to ensure postings follow policy.
- Compare Actual vs Forecast and investigate variances.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and address variances.
- Identify potential risks and ensure mitigations.
- Plan and execute book close and reporting activities timely.
- Assist in Forecast/Budget for related accounts.
- Collaborate with Operations to improve metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Controllers Handbook and US GAAP.
