Flex is seeking a Finance Manager located in Juarez Automotive to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. You will direct balance sheet reconciliations, develop management strategies and provide timely financial reviews to the senior leadership team.

Advanced English is required, and a bachelor’s degree is typically necessary. Experience with SOX compliance, audits, and financial policies will be essential to success in this role.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is typically required.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting audits and applying financial policies.
• Ability to provide timely financial reviews to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Directs preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Generates and reports twelve-month financial forecasts.
• Prepares reports summarizing income, expenses and earnings.
• Prepares and validates balance sheet reconciliations.
• Develops strategies and policies for the company.
• Produces detailed financial analyses at project/site level.
• Directs studies, reports and analyses for budgets and cash flow.
