Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner of choice delivering innovative products to market-leading brands. The Financial Analyst role is based in Juarez South and reports to the Controller Assistant, focusing on accurate and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will perform P&L reviews, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and close processes, while coordinating with operations to improve metrics and ensuring compliance with SOX/US GAAP and the Controller's Handbook.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in financial administration, accounting, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SOX and US GAAP auditing.

Responsabilidades

• Review P&L periodically to ensure postings follow policy.
• Compare Actual vs Forecast and investigate variances.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and address variances.
• Identify potential risks and ensure mitigations.
• Plan and execute book close and reporting activities timely.
• Assist in Forecast/Budget for related accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Controllers Handbook and US GAAP.

Summary:

The “ Financial Analyst ” will be based in …Juarez South…. reporting to …Controller Assistant…

In charge of preparing and researching financial reports in hold up of business needs in order to ensure charges and headcount are passed to the correct business units and to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

What a typical day looks like:

• Perform periodic review of Profit and Loss (P&L) account to ensure that all the postings are done as per the defined Policy, Process and Procedures.
• Compare the Actual with Forecast / Quote and ensure that the variances are properly researched and required adjustment postings are done in the books. Collect the business reasons for the remaining variances and report appropriately.
• Reconcile all the scoped Balance sheet accounts with sub ledger/manual schedule to identify the variance, if any and ensure that those variances are properly dealt in the books of accounts.
• Review the accounts on periodic basis to identify any potential risk and ensure that the same is mitigated properly.
• Ensure that all the book close related /reporting activities are properly planned and executed on timely basis with utmost accuracy.
• Work with relevant teams to prepare the Forecast / Budget for the related accounts.
• Work along with Operations team to improve the business / operational metrics.
• Be familiar with relevant Accounting, regulatory and reporting requirements in the Controllers Handbook and RCTS
