Flex is seeking a Sr Manager, Finance in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will lead the financial controllership for the Component Services business, covering planning, forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, inventory, and reporting.

Reporting to the VP, Finance, you will partner with cross-functional teams, drive compliance with SOX and controls, and support executive decision-making with rigorous financial analysis.

Formación

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial Finance.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, controls, and business partnering.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, revenue recognition, and inventory accounting principles.
• Experience working in complex multinational and multi-entity environments.
• Advanced ERP (SAP/Oracle), Excel, and financial analytics tools.
• Advanced English required; professional finance certification (CPA, CMA, CA, MBA) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end close activities.
• Own P&L, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash performance.
• Provide financial analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, corporate policies, and accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams to drive business performance.
• Review and approve business cases, commercial proposals, and investment decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, controls, and reporting.
• Coach and develop finance talent while fostering a high‑performance culture.
