• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Prepare and analyze monthly P&L, Budget, and Forecast.
• Project sales, costs, and profitability; analyze variances against budget and forecast.
• Establish and monitor Standard Cost; analyze actual manufacturing costs.
• Present results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to Management.
• Lead monthly financial close and coordinate audits.
• Provide financial analysis to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
