You will manage forecasting, budgeting, standard costs, and capex analyses, delivering actionable insights to improve operations.

The role emphasizes cost control, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of the plant finance team in a dynamic, on-site manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including manufacturing operations.
• Strong experience in manufacturing finance, standard costing, inventory accounting, and budgeting.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools (SAP preferred).
• Fluent English and Spanish; ability to influence operational leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary Finance partner to Plant Manager and leadership teams.
• Lead financial reviews, explain variances, and provide performance insights.
• Oversee monthly closing, forecasts, standard cost updates and annual budgets.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and monitor savings with Operations.
• Develop business cases, investment analyses, and post-implementation reviews.
• Lead and develop the plant finance team and promote data-driven performance.
