Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of cost accounting or accounting supervision in manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong SAP/MRP and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner to Operations Management with insights and recommendations.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and other planning deliverables.
• Lead analyses on plant performance and manufacturing variances.
