Clara is seeking a Strategic Finance Expert to join its finance team, focusing on building and shaping the company’s financial strategy across Latin America. The role emphasizes ROI evaluation, KPI optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance.
You will partner with global and local leaders, develop dashboards, and leverage AI tools to inform executive decisions and support fundraising and investor communications.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
- 3-4 years in investment banking, venture capital, management consulting (MBB preferred), or data science.
- Experience startups or fintech is a plus.
- Active user of AI tools for financial analysis and dashboards.
- Ability to build scalable financial models in Excel.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain Clara's consolidated corporate finance model with forecasts, KPIs, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Develop ROI assessments and dashboards for new products and initiatives; provide insights to leadership.
- Partner with sales, growth, product and other teams to drive data-driven recommendations.
- Support investor relations with board packs and fundraising materials.
