• Professional experience in labor relations and HR guidance.
• Ability to advise leaders and internal teams on legal and labor matters.
• Experience in matrix organizations and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation on labor relations to people leaders, including disciplinary processes.
• Ensure legal compliance in terminations, maintain employee files, and coordinate payments with payroll.
• Plan and execute Employee Relations programs and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve labor practices and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with external labor consultants to ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations.
• Develop and update policies, processes, guides, programs, and tools for regulatory compliance.
• Assist in internal investigations related to personnel and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics to support decision making and propose preventive actions.
