• Minimum 5 years in community management or digital engagement.
• Experience growing and revitalizing technical communities.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear content.
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end community strategy and growth with cross-functional partners.
• Moderate discussions, stimulate conversations, and maintain quality.
• Engage in external communities like Reddit and forums with technical value.
• Create and curate content optimized for discoverability and AI.
• Launch programs (ambassadors, champions) and recognize top contributors.
• Build dashboards and derive insights to inform product and marketing.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing to embed community in the journey.
