Freudenberg Group is seeking a Demand Planner in Mexico City to maintain statistical models in SAP, analyze forecast deviations, and lead improvement initiatives. The role collaborates with Supply Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure product availability aligned with projected demand.

The candidate will develop short- to long-term forecasts, considering seasonality, promotions, and new product launches.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration.
• 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Intermediate English.
• Proficiency in SAP, IBP and Power BI; advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve statistical models and planning assumptions in SAP, ensuring data quality.
• Identify demand risks and propose alternative scenarios.
• Analyze forecast vs. actuals and define actions to improve accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs like MAPE, BIAS, Forecast Accuracy, OTIF and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning, Purchasing and Logistics to match demand with availability.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.
