Mondelez México is seeking a materials planner to deliver medium- to long-term forecasts and manage material requirements across the region. You will track contract coverage, raise requisitions, and identify risks and opportunities in mid-term supply plans while driving dialogue and escalation.

• Experience in FMCG/CPG environments, preferably food or fast-moving consumer goods.
• Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment.
• Able to influence cross-functional teams and improve the plan.
• Excellent problem solving and data interpretation skills.
• Collaborative, works well with many functions daily.

Responsabilidades

• Develop short- and long-term materials planning for items produced internally and externally.
• Meet KPIs including inventory levels, CTS compliance, and write-offs.
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous planning improvements.
• Maintain data integrity in planning systems.
• Collaborate with procurement for material optimization.
• Support improvements to improve fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction.
