Jabil in Mexico (Región Centro) is seeking a Demand Planner to act as the customer interface for the demand plan and shipment information, developing feasible operational plans and owning execution to meet revenue targets.

The role requires collaboration with BU and customers to create master schedules, load them into the ERP, and monitor planning metrics for continuous improvement. Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and English proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience, or Master’s without experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP and logistics planning.
• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating manuals.
• Ability to create and analyze reports and forecasts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a collaborative demand plan with BU and customer.
• Create and maintain a feasible Master Schedule and production plan.
• Load Master Schedule into the ERP system and monitor execution.
• Develop revenue forecast and take corrective actions if needed.
• Monitor planning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security policies.
