Citibank (Switzerland) AG seeks an accomplished Credit Risk Exec Group Manager to oversee multiple teams and shape underwriting criteria for the B&P lending portfolio. You will manage senior professionals, forecast credit outcomes, and ensure compliance with global and local policies within a hybrid Mexico City role.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in credit risk, deep lending knowledge, and strong communication with senior management across large banks.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in credit risk management and commercial lending.
• Proven technical and analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience communicating with senior management across large financial institutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop underwriting criteria and documentation for B&P lending.
• Forecast charge-offs, recoveries and OREO processes.
• Lead cross-functional training for loan officers, collectors, and credit staff.
• Ensure compliance with global policies and local regulations.
• Document policies in the Business Credit Policy and Procedures Manual.
