Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in credit risk and lending.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop underwriting criteria and policies for the Business & Professional lending.
• Develop credit underwriting criteria and documentation per global policies and local laws.
• Identify new opportunities by reevaluating current credit policies and processes.
• Design and execute tests to enable growth and process improvements.
• Document policies and processes for B&P lending in policy manuals.
• Own classification credit, non accrual, and OREO processes for B&P portfolio.
• Forecast charge-offs and recoveries.
• Lead development of Credit Programs for Merchant Acquirer business and ensure controls.
• Train loan officers, collectors and credit staff in B&P lending.
• Ensure adequate resources in collections and remedial management, with documented policies.
• Develop MIS to monitor the Business & Professional portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key business partners to support strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Global Policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assess risk with emphasis on firm’s reputation and safeguarding assets.
