Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Mexico City seeks a Vice President Cross-disciplinary Controls Lead Analyst to oversee end-to-end controls design, assessment, MCA, QA, and governance reporting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen risk management, monitor control effectiveness, and drive policy adherence across the organization.

Previous experience in financial services risk controls and strong communication skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in financial services.
• Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
• Strong knowledge in development and execution of controls.
• Experience in governance reporting and MCA programs.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment of existing controls and identify improvements.
• Assist in MCA execution, attestation, and reporting cadence.
• Support ORM framework adherence, policies, standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop corrective action plans for control gaps.
• Help ensure standardized risk and controls reporting for senior management and regulators.
