Brown-Forman is seeking an AR/CCCA Analyst in Mexico to manage overdue accounts, apply payments in SAP, and reconcile receivables with customers. You will coordinate with sales and finance to ensure accurate credit and dispute resolution, while maintaining timely reporting.

The role requires 2–4 years in cash application/credit control, SAP experience, and strong English communication. On-site role in Jalisco with a focus on Mex accounts.

Qualifications

• Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent).
• Experience in cash application and credit control.
• 2-4 years post qualified experience in cash applications and credit department.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP software.

Responsabilités

• Collect overdue accounts and apply payments in SAP accurately.
• Release orders based on credit policy analysis and customer data.
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances and discounts with customers.
• Communicate credit information to internal/external auditors as needed.
• Monitor AR and perform regular credit reviews and hold releases.
