Crown Holdings, Inc. in Mexico is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Treasury team. You will manage customer collections, administer factoring programs, analyze revenue trends, and ensure accurate application of payments in SAP.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, experience in AR, factoring knowledge, SAP proficiency, and strong Excel skills. English at B2 level and a detail-oriented, results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Experience in collections, accounting, or administration.
• Knowledge of factoring and accounts receivable management.
• SAP proficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced English (B2).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer collections to ensure timely revenue recovery.
• Administer factoring programs and maintain relationships with banking institutions.
• Analyze revenue trends and monitor customer accounts receivable portfolios.
• Ensure the accurate application of payments in SAP.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and Tax departments to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare financial and tax reports to support decision‑making and ensure corporate compliance.
