Brown-Forman Corporation in Mexico is seeking a CCCA Analyst to manage cash application, credit control, and AR reconciliations for the Mexican accounts receivable portfolio. You will apply payments, issue credit memos, and coordinate with Sales and Finance to minimize past due balances.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration with internal teams. Fluent English and SAP experience are valued, with 2–4 years’ relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent)
• Experience in cash application and credit control 2-4 years post qualified experience in cash applications and credit department
• Knowledge of accounts payable cash application, accounts receivable and credit management
• Experience in working with SAP - or similar ERP software
• Working knowledge of MS Office skills or equivalent software
• General knowledge in the manage of self‑service portals, such as: obtaining payment breakdowns, account statements, etc.
• Knowledge in tax regulations, such as: CFDI 3.3. and payment complement
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English speaking and writing

Responsabilités

• Collect overdue accounts and apply payments
• Dispute settlements and credit memos preparation
• Conduct regular credit reviews and AR reconciliation
• Coordinate financial accounting and reporting with focus on Mex accounts
• Ensure timely collections and reminders
• Update customer files and maintain accurate AR records
• Provide credit information to internal/external auditors
• Participate in automation and improvement of credit processes
