Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Mexico is seeking a cost-management professional to lead cost estimating for large capital projects. You’ll prepare cost plans, benchmark reports, and help develop lifecycle costing options to optimize value for clients.

You’ll attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and support procurement and pre-contract activities. A strong background in CostX and MS Office is essential, with 4+ years in cost management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a cost/construction field or equivalent
• 5+ years in cost estimating or quantity surveying
• Strong cost reporting experience (cost reports, cash flows, change orders)

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.
• Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
• Identify risks, support risk registers, and contribute to pre-contract and procurement processes.
• Attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and capture key actions.
• Assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals.
• Contribute to project templates, draft qualification questionnaires, and take on additional duties as required.
• Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
• With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
