Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Cost Manager in Mexico to support financial management for large data center and mission‑critical construction projects. You will assist with cost planning, budgeting, procurement, change management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring cost control and transparency.

Formación

• Experience with cost estimates, budgeting and reporting on large construction programs.
• Ability to review drawings, specs and contracts for cost implications.
• Strong procurement and change management understanding for data center projects.
• Proficient in cost benchmarking, market pricing and quantity take-offs.
• Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support preparing cost estimates and cost plans across design and construction.
• Assist in development and monitoring of project budgets.
• Prepare and analyze change orders and cost impacts.
• Review contractor valuations and payment recommendations.
• Support procurement and tender evaluation processes.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and cost benchmarking.
• Participate in cost optimization initiatives and value engineering.
• Track costs, commitments, forecasts and cash flow.
• Prepare regular cost reports and financial forecasts for stakeholders.
