Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Mexico (Toluca) is seeking a Channel Strategy & Insights Project Leader who translates data into actionable insights to enhance Strategic Channels performance. You will gather information from multiple sources and interpret patterns to drive improvements.

You will define KPIs, propose aspirational targets, and report results to ExCo and leadership, while examining analytical results and presenting clear recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and SAS.

Responsibilities

• Define the Key Performance Indicators that drive the Strategic Channels results.
• Propose and validate aspirational targets for KPIs and report results to ExCo and leadership.
• Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives in Strategic Channels.
• Define business problems based on KPIs and manage execution of analyses to generate proposals.
• Present findings and recommendations to the senior leadership.
• Demonstrate excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Communicate complex or technical issues clearly in written and verbal form.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers with conflicting priorities.
