Signant Health is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Mexico City to oversee planning, execution and completion of clinical project initiatives. You will manage budgets, timelines, resources, and communication with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in project management, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and ability to travel for business. Proficiency in English and MS Office is required; global collaboration and quality

Formación

• Three to five years of professional experience in project management.
• Experience with work plans, budgeting, invoicing and resource allocation.
• Fluency in English required for day-to-day business communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects across all phases, managing plan, budget and client deliverables.
• Coordinate with global PM and Technical Delivery teams to ensure timely, quality outputs.
• Develop study materials and ensure deliverables meet quality governance.
• Produce internal and external project status reports (weekly/interim/final).
• Manage change orders in collaboration with Business Development Operations.
