Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an RTSM Project Manager to lead RTSM initiatives across studies within a CRO environment. The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring high-quality RTSM deliverables while engaging sponsors and internal stakeholders.

The candidate will bring 2+ years in RTSM and 1+ year in project management within a CRO/pharma setting, with strong English communication and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project management oversight for RTSM initiatives from award through RTSM decommissioning.
• Communicate RTSM activities to stakeholders; serve as escalation point for study issues.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor work orders, and budget management for RTSM studies.
• Assist in RTSM study design and review User Requirements Specifications (URS).
• Develop and review site and support materials and helpdesk documentation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and sponsor validation activities.
• Monitor study randomization and ensure correct execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
