IQVIA Biotech seeks a Senior Site Contracts Associate in Mexico City to develop global contracting strategies and support start-up contracting activities for multiple studies.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of sponsor or CRO site contracting experience, strong negotiation, and robust writing skills in legal/financial contexts. The role requires collaboration across sponsors and RSU regions to ensure compliant and timely contracting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of sponsor or CRO site contracting experience.
• Strong negotiating and communication abilities.
• Solid legal, financial and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Understanding of clinical trial contract management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop contracting strategies and proposal language for sites.
• Create and review budget templates and payment language.
• Maintain contracting systems and materials for projects.
• Collaborate with sponsors, RSU regions and stakeholders.
• Provide contract support to study teams for initiation and maintenance.
• Contribute contracting intelligence to support studies and the company.
• Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with financial goals.
• Mentor colleagues and deliver training as needed.
