300 Flextronics Manufacturing Mex, Sa De Cv. in Guadalajara, North Campus, seeks a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and implement the company's pay and benefits programs for México teams, reporting to the Sr Compensation & Benefits Director.

You will oversee salary surveys, develop ranges, ensure equity, analyze data with vendors, and partner with HRBPs to advise managers. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and bilingual communication (English/Spanish) are required. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Compensation & Benefits or related field.
• Robust experience in compensation & benefits roles with cross‑functional exposure.
• Strong service attitude and ability to handle sensitive situations.
• Experience using market data with vendors for salary benchmarking.
• Excel advanced with pivoting and formulas; PowerPoint for presentations.
• Knowledge of Mexican economic topics and North American market value is a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish communications; strong teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee salary programs and performance reviews to ensure equity and competitiveness.
• Participate in domestic and international salary surveys and establish salary ranges.
• Analyze compensation data to prepare proposals and budgets.
• Develop and maintain compensation & benefits guidelines and processes.
• Provide advisory guidance to managers and employees on benefits and policies.
• Coordinate communications and training on compensation programs.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and global teams on compensation-related decisions.
• Monitor policy effectiveness and plan revisions aligned with business goals.
