Job summary

Flextronics is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus. The role reports to the Sr Compensation & Benefits Director and leads the design and administration of the company’s compensation and benefits programs for México teams.

You will oversee salary surveys, establish ranges, develop budgets, analyze policies, and provide advisory guidance to managers. Strong Excel, data analysis, and bilingual communication (English/Spanish) are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Compensation & Benefits or related field.
• Experience in compensation & benefits within HR, operations, and global teams.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with ability to present findings.

Responsibilities

• Administer salary programs and ensure equity within the organization.
• Oversee salary surveys and analyze results to set competitive ranges and budgets.
• Develop and improve compensation & benefits policies and guidelines.
• Advise managers on compensation decisions and employee queries.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and HRGBS on decision making and programs.

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Compensation & Benefits Manager** located in Guadalajara, **North Campus** Reporting to the **Sr Compensation & Benefits Director** the **Compensation & Benefits Manager** will be responsible for supervising and implementing the company compensation & benefits programs following established standards and policies in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy, supporting México teams. **What a typical day looks like:*** Administers performance review and salary programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.* Oversee the participation in domestic and international salary surveys and analyze results to assess competitive labor market trends, establish salary range, develop salary budgets, and prepare policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation.* Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.* Develop, maintain, and improve Compensation & Benefits administration guidelines and processes.* Collects data about company’s Compensation policies and analyzes them to prepare reports and advises managers for making important decisions.* Develop and coordinate communications to manager/employee training for compensation programs.* Provide appropriate advisory and guidance to employees across de organization, regarding to benefits, attending & analyzing special situations when needed.* Monitor the effectiveness of existing Compensation & Benefits policies, guidelines, and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.* Work with HRBPs and HRGBS supporting them on decision making in regards of compensation and benefits, employee development & retention, providing the right information in timely manner.* Participate with corporate in process and programs that need to be implemented in sub-region.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor’s Degree finished in related field to HR/Comp & Ben.* Robust experience in similar role within compensation & benefits roles, working closely with HR, operations & global teams.* Strong service attitude, to take care & follow up employee’s sensitive situations.* Use of market data information with vendors for salary updating & competitiveness purposes is desirable.* Excel Advanced; pivots, databases & formulas would be a must.* PPTX to develop presentations is preferred.* Reasonable knowledge on Mexican economic topics, Cetes, UMA, Iva% & North American market value, among others would be highly appreciated.* Strong communication skills (English conversational and Spanish).* Organized, responsible, with strong **teamwork** skills.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary* Life & Medical insurance* Christmas Bonus* Food Coupons* Saving Fund.* Life InsuranceKL08 ## ## Job CategoryHuman Resources
