The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, audit readiness, and strategic partnership with finance communities to improve governance and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience across multiple functions.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder communication.
• Experience with SAP highly desirable.
• Ability to influence without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial governance frameworks for compliance across locations.
• Design and optimize commercial processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor and report on commercial performance and controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across regions.
• Support audit readiness and internal control systems.
• Advise finance teams on governance best practices.
