Circana Mexico is seeking a strategic and people-focused leader to join the team as Manager, Client Sales & Insights, PL. Reporting to the RBG Account Manager, this role leads a team of associates, builds client partnerships, drives business growth, and delivers insights that influence key business decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of market research experience in client services or sales, advanced English, and strong data synthesis from POS and consumer panel data.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree plus 3-6 years of market research experience within client services, account management or sales.
• Advanced English level.
• Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights using POS and consumer panel data.
• Strong presentation skills with a high comfort level presenting to large groups and senior audiences.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing Client Sales & Insights team while strengthening client relationships.
• Guide the team in delivering actionable insights from POS and Consumer Panel data.
• Drive revenue growth, client retention, and new business opportunities across assigned accounts.
• Oversee strategic account planning and align solutions to client business objectives.
• Coach associates on client presentations, training, and solution adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver client and business success.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
• Manage team performance, resource allocation, and professional development.
