Circana is seeking a strategic, people-focused leader to join the Circana Mexico team as Manager, Client Sales & Insights, PL. Reporting to the RBG Account Manager, this role leads a team of associates, builds strong client partnerships, drives revenue growth, and delivers insights that influence major business decisions.

You will guide cross-functional collaboration, translate POS and consumer panel data into actionable recommendations, and mentor the team in presentations and solution adoption

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3-6 years of market research experience in client services or sales.
• Advanced English level.
• Ability to synthesize data from POS and consumer panel data.
• Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to senior audiences.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing Client Sales & Insights team while strengthening client relationships.
• Guide the team in delivering actionable insights from POS and Consumer Panel data.
• Drive revenue growth, client retention, and new business opportunities across assigned accounts.
• Oversee strategic account planning and align solutions to client business objectives.
• Coach associates on client presentations, training, and solution adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver client and business success.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
• Manage team performance, resource allocation, and professional development.
