Circana Mexico is seeking a strategic and people-focused leader to join the Circana Mexico team as Manager, Client Sales & Insights, PL. Reporting to the RBG Account Manager, this role is responsible for leading a team of associates, building strong client partnerships, driving business growth, and delivering insights that influence key business decisions.

Formación

Bachelor's degree plus 3-6 years of market research experience within client services, account management or sales.
Advanced English level
Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights using Point-of-Sale and consumer panel data.
Strong presentation skills with a high comfort level presenting to large groups and senior audiences.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop a high-performing Client Sales & Insights team while strengthening client relationships.
Guide the team in delivering actionable insights from POS and Consumer Panel data.
Drive revenue growth, client retention, and new business opportunities across assigned accounts.
Oversee strategic account planning and align solutions to client business objectives.
Coach associates on client presentations, training, and solution adoption.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver client and business success.
Foster a customer-centric culture and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
