You will mentor junior managers, manage risks, support business development, and ensure profitability while aligning client objectives with internal goals. This role requires travel up to 15% and a strong background in consultancy or professional services.

Formación

• 5+ years of client-facing leadership in consultancy or professional services.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, mentoring experience and strategic thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with project management software and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major client engagements and oversee delivery from inception to completion.
• Mentor junior engagement managers and support team development.
• Refine project delivery methodologies for efficiency and impact.
• Identify risks and implement robust mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure client satisfaction.
