Eaton is seeking a Capacity and Demand Lead in Baja California, Tijuana to drive production capacity across internal units and external suppliers, ensuring alignment between SIOP planning and short-term workloads.

You will forecast demand, coordinate workforce and equipment needs over an 18-month horizon, and lead SIOP meetings to optimize capacity, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage medium-term production capacity planning (18 months).
• Lead Demand Review and SIOP meetings.
• Coordinate workload balancing across departments.
• Develop customer demand forecasts using historical data and sales input.
• Improve forecast accuracy and capacity management.
