Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is seeking a High Performance Work Team Manager in Tijuana to oversee manufacturing, new product introduction, and production to meet customer expectations. Lead a team of 15–25 people, align resources, and drive safety, quality and continuous improvement within EBS and CIF frameworks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading others.
• Proficient in reading and writing English (95%).
• Customer focus (internal and external).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee manufacturing, new product introduction and production to meet customer expectations.
• Lead a multifunctional team (15–25 head count) to achieve High 5 metrics and optimize engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement using EBS, BOS, CIF, and HPWTs.
• Lead Tier 1 & Tier 2 meetings to support Eaton Tijuana initiatives (Near Miss, JSA, IDEAS, E-Star, Cost-Out, Poke Yokes, LPA, Gemba’s).
• Achieve BOS metrics including HIGH 5: TRCR, On-Time Delivery, DPPM, Gross utilization, and line efficiency.
• Empower employees and drive decision making with MESH.
