Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) seeks a remote Supplier Development Lead to drive supplier recovery, capability improvement, and sustainable performance. You will work cross-functionally to contain issues, conduct RCCA investigations, and implement structured improvement plans across global commodities.

The role requires up to 50% travel and English proficiency, with a background in supplier development and Lean principles. Remote work is supported, with on-site obligations as needed.

Qualifications

Typically requires a university degree or advanced degree with relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead containment and recovery actions with Operations and Quality.
Coordinate supplier assessments and development roadmaps.
Drive RCCA investigations to resolve critical issues.
Manage KPIs and ensure progress through plan reviews.
Develop and implement structured improvement plans with stakeholders.
Lead supplier transitions and APQP for new programs.
Collaborate with Commodity Managers, Engineering, and SBUs.
