Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a procurement professional in Mexicali to lead end-to-end sourcing, supplier negotiations and cost analysis within our global supply chain. You will manage RFPs, purchase orders, and contract oversight, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems in a supply chain or procurement environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute procurement processes, including RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and PO management.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication.
• Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and securing favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolving issues related to delays, shortages, or quality to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data to support cost optimization and strategic decision-making.
