Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Executes procurement processes and RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
• Serves as main contact for client inquiries about order status, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborates with buyers on purchasing for goods and services to optimize procurement efficiency.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals.
• Compiles price proposals and financial data to support decisions.
• Assists in developing RFPs and bid packages for competitive sourcing.
• Maintains records of purchases, costs, deliveries, and inventories.
• Coordinates with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries.
• Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a commodity.
• Oversees schedules and purchase orders for the commodity.
• May handle delivery assurance activities to ensure supply chain reliability.
• Performs other related duties to support departmental goals.
