Extension eCom LLC in Mexico is seeking an Amazon Brand Manager to lead a portfolio of Amazon brands, serving as the strategic lead and primary contact for growth opportunities. You will own the client relationship, run meetings, and coordinate a cross-functional pod to implement strategies that drive profitability and scale the brands.

Formación

• 2 years Amazon or e-commerce experience required.
• Ideally within an Agency environment supporting 6-figure and 7-figure Amazon Sellers.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role (account management, brand management, or similar).
• Comfortable leading meetings and presenting recommendations with confidence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all client communication via email, Slack, and video calls.
• Run client meetings and deliver clear, data-informed strategic recommendations.
• Develop and communicate growth strategies tailored to each brand's goals.
• QA meetings notes and task assignments for your PM.
• Monitor brand performance and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
• Maintain strong client relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.
