Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Client Partner – Retail & CPG to lead strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and oversee the delivery of high-impact AI, Data, Analytics, Generative AI, and cloud-native transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Retail & CPG domain expertise, engage CXO-level stakeholders, shape innovative solutions, and build long-term strategic partnerships across global teams in Mexico.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in advanced analytics, data science, technology consulting, or related consulting services.
• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale analytics, data, or AI transformation programs.
• Strong experience managing strategic accounts and driving account growth and revenue expansion.
• Prior P&L ownership is preferred.
• Engage, influence, and build relationships with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
• Deep Retail & CPG industry experience is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across major cities in Mexico.
• MBA or quantitative degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall responsibility for client relationships, account management, delivery, and account growth.
• Engage CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and demonstrate business value.
• Develop strategic AI, Data, and Analytics roadmaps by identifying key business challenges and high-value use cases.
• Identify opportunities around Generative AI, Advanced Analytics, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Scale pilots and POCs into long-term AI and data programs.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting leaders to develop POVs, proposals, and account expansion strategies.
• Apply AI, data science, advanced analytics, and modern data platforms to solve business challenges in Retail & CPG.
• Build and expand strategic relationships across existing and new accounts.
• Lead and mentor data, analytics, and consulting professionals with client stakeholders.
• Partner with globally distributed teams to translate client needs into delivery strategies.
• Own client presentations, governance, and overall relationship management.
• Drive continuous value realization, revenue growth, and account expansion.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and help clients leverage Generative AI for transformation.
