Job summary

NOVARES in Puebla, Mexico is seeking a dedicated Accounting professional to join our finance team and support the preparation of compliant financial statements. You will perform core accounting tasks under the Accounting Manager, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

This role requires meticulous processing of entries, collaboration with auditors, and strict adherence to group standards and legal provisions.

Responsibilities

• Record accounting entries in compliance with group standards and legal provisions
• Prepare annual accounts and statements within scope
• Coordinate with auditors with other departments
• Prepare monthly accounting statements for reporting and verify balances
• Prepare monthly reporting statements
• Conduct regular account inspections and record corrections
• Prepare periodic tax returns
• Ensure debts are settled and receivables collected
• Review accounts including profit and loss and balance sheets
