Job summary

NOVARES in Puebla is seeking a skilled manager to oversee the profitability and operations of serial and spare product lines at the plant. You will coordinate technical and commercial modifications, monitor raw material variations, and drive the productivity plan while ensuring pricing integrity and cost controls.

As a key link across departments, you will report on cost, quality, logistics, and performance, and support accounting in cash recovery payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and tracking of projects.
• Ability to manage technical and commercial modifications.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Management (technical and commercial) of modifications
• Follow-up of raw material variations
• Follow-up of productivy plan (va/ve and commercial)
• Follow-up and validation of prices changes
• Follow-up of amortisation
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow-up of our performance (cost, quality, logistics...) and support other departments to solve issues
• Support our accounting department in cash recovery/payment
• Identify business opportunities and risks
• Reporting (weekly, monthly)
