Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced ATR Specialist in Mexico City to drive close processes and reporting. You will prepare month-end/year-end financials, reconcile balance sheets and P&L, support audits, ensure tax recording accuracy, and manage accruals while maintaining control and compliance across local and international regulations.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a professional environment.
• Strong Excel skills including macros and complex formulas.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and tax recording.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports.
• Balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Support for internal and external audits.
• Tax recording and validation.
