lululemon is seeking an Openings & Optimizations professional to deliver operational excellence across mainline stores and alternative channels in Mexico. You will develop and execute strategies, programming, and resources to support openings, optimizations, and initiatives, acting as a liaison between SSC and stores to ensure alignment and risk mitigation.

You will lead cross-functional meetings, maintain timelines, train regional teams, and align with retail leaders on priorities.

Formación

• 2+ years in retail management or SSC operations.
• 2+ years experience in store opening operations (mainline and/or alternative channels).
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with execution and alignment capabilities.
• Thrives in dynamic environments requiring adaptability and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver operational programming for mainline and alternative channel openings and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strategy for openings and optimizations across both channels.
• Elevate and innovate processes through feedback to reduce store workload and improve efficiency.
• Gain alignment with retail leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks in projects and initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Consult and enroll stakeholders in programming and initiative delivery.
• Support team development and performance for openings and optimizations specialists.
