• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience (supervisor or people management not necessary)

• Lead and coach team members, provide direct feedback and guidance.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and manage omnichannel programs.
• Open/close the store and ensure smooth operations, including product presentation and stock management.
