lululemon Athletica in Monterrey seeks an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store operations, schedules, payroll, and administer business initiatives. You will drive inventory control, vendor relations, and provide floor leadership to maximize customer experience and store performance.

The role requires at least 1 year of operations management experience, strong budgeting awareness, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of labor hours.
• Experience with payroll and related documentation.
• Exposure to budgets, P&L, and inventory control is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly staff schedules within budget.
• Monitor inventory counts and coordinate labor hours for deliveries.
• Manage store budget and metrics, including P&L and expenses, with Store Manager.
• Provide floor leadership and ensure efficient operations.
