lululemon Athletica in Veracruz, Mexico is seeking a Key Leader to support the store leadership team and guide Educators, ensuring a premium guest experience on the sales floor. You will lead by example, use KPIs to prioritize tasks, and oversee daily operations to keep the store running smoothly.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coach teammates, manage shifts, and adapt to customer needs while upholding company standards and policies.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of Right to Work and local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide salesfloor leadership, plan coverage, and ensure efficient operations.
• Support team members with coaching, feedback, and career growth.
• Deliver technical product education and support in-store and across omnichannel programs.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business, team, and guest needs.
• Establish a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with coworkers to optimize guest experience.
