Lululemon Athletica is seeking a Key Leader to join our store leadership team in Mexico. You will guide Educators, oversee daily store operations, and ensure an outstanding guest experience on the salesfloor.

You will leverage performance data to adjust plans, lead by example, and collaborate with team members to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences, including in-store and online options.

Formación

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in retail leadership or supervisor role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.

Responsabilidades

• Provide salesfloor leadership and plan coverage to maintain efficient operations.
• Coach and mentor Educators, recognizing performance and supporting growth.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by understanding needs and guiding purchases.
