Formación

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration; scheduling and labor hour management.
• Experience coordinating projects or processes.
• Ability to work flexible, variable schedules including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules within budget.
• Monitor inventory, expenses, and vendor relationships to support store goals.
• Lead and support payroll processes and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure safety policies and store-wide operational procedures are followed.
